TROOP CO-LEADERS Katherine (Katie's mom) and Margie (Sydney's mom) - Troop management, registration, permission slips, health forms, liaison to Service Unit.
ASSISTANT LEADER AND CERTIFIED CAMPER Janine (Margaret's mom) - All issues relation to camping, also First Aider

T.O.G.A. REPRESENTATIVE Leslie (Maggie's mom) - Represent our Troop with The Older Girls of Ashgrove, an all-volunteer unit that plans high adventures and other field trips
TROOP MONEY MANAGER POSITION OPEN - All financial issues including dues.
COOKIE CO-COORDINATORS Coordinator position OPEN; booth manager Leslie (Maggie's mom) - Coordinate our biggest and most important fundraiser.
MEETING AND FIELD TRIP COORDINATORS Planning a field trip includes reservations and tickets, recruiting chaperones and drivers, getting directions, etc. Planning a meeting involves two different jobs: supervising the Cooking Patrol (which will plan, shop for and prepare dinner) OR assisting the Program Patrol (which will plan badge work). Every family will need to take a turn at one of these this year.

TELEPHONE TREE/EMERGENCY CONTACT Leslie (Maggie's mom) - Maintains up-to-date contact information. During field trips is the point of contact in an emergency (must be near a land-line phone at all times).
TROOP HISTORIAN POSITION OPEN - Takes photos of Troop events and coordinates end-of-the-year scrapbooking.
SHARE COORDINATOR POSITION OPEN - Manages voluntary donations to the Council (used for leader training, troop materials, and financial assistance to girls who otherwise would not be able to participate in Girl Scouts).
CALENDAR SALE COORDINATOR Jane (Hannah's mom) and Alina (Michelle's mom) - Our easy fall fundraiser. Calendars make perfect holiday presents for grandparents, godparents and teachers.
MAGAZINE SALE COORDINATOR POSITION OPEN - Coordinates our spring fundraiser - if you have any magazine subscriptions to renew in 2009, please do it through this project
SERVICE PROJECT COORDINATOR Rosie (Cristina's mom) - Coordinate three services projects per year (one each in fall, winter and spring). Look for varied activities that give our girls a chance to know the joy of service.
THINKING DAY COORDINATOR POSITION OPEN - Coordinator of our Troop's involvement in the international celebration of the founding of Girl Scouts.
END-OF-THE-YEAR PARTY POSITION OPEN - Coordinates our final event, held in conjunction with Court of Awards.
FIELD TRIP DRIVERS AND CHAPERONES Periodic needs. ONLY parents who have both a health form and a transportation form on file with the Troop are eligible to serve as a driver/chaperone.
